1888 Macbeth II Tac Pin
This pin honors Macbeth II, who won the 1888 Kentucky Derby by a length at the end of the first mile with jockey George Covington up, bringing home $4,740. Macbeth II was one of only nine geldings, including former Derby winners Vagrant and Apollo, to win the Derby. He was bred by Rufus Lisle, and owned and trained by John Campbell at the Chicago Stable.
